RETURN POLICY:

We want to make sure that your dog absolutely loves his or her shopping experience at Bow Wow & Woofs which is why we offer a 14 day guarantee under the following guidelines:

  1. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. Bow Wow & Woofs reserves the right to determine if a returned product is in saleable condition (If product is used or missing it's original packaging and tags it will not be accepted)
  2. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 
  3.  Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering. Some of our items are custom ordered or not otherwise eligible for returns/exchanges. All items not eligible for returns/exchanges will be so marked and will include, for example, food items,  strollers, car seats, pet carriers and beds, custom clothing. 
  4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  5. NOTE: A $5.00 restocking charge will apply to any returned item. 
  6.  No Cash Refunds. Your credit card will be credited as soon as we receive and process your return. 
  7.  For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Bow Wow & Woofs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept: Visa, MasterCard,Discover, American Express, PayPal (All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card information).

SHIPPING:

All Shipping fees to be paid by Customer. We will ship USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise indicated. Customer will be charged for shipping fees when an Incorrect or undeliverable address and or refused shipments result in an item being "returned to shipper". Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to additional reshipment charges equal to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will be applied and store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
We are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

SALES TAX:

All Items will be charged the current sales tax rate of 8.5%.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Customer information provided in connection with sales transactions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or otherwise e shared with third parties.
